Overview:


You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of the Revit system
  • Qualifying and documenting the problems raised by employees on the Helpdesk System
  • Responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technology including; workstations, printers, user accounts and basic network trouble shooting

What we are looking for:

Desirable technical skills:


  • Windows 10 & 11 Administration & Support
  • Active Directory Administration, new user setups (User Accounts, O365 Mailboxes)
  • Networking knowledge covering Local Area Networks, Switches & Lan's
  • Understand cabling needs for IT Systems

Personal skills:


  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Teamwork and Cooperation
  • Adaptability and flexibility.

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
