Overview:

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities

Daily monitoring of the Revit system
Qualifying and documenting the problems raised by employees on the Helpdesk System
Responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technology including; workstations, printers, user accounts and basic network trouble shooting

What we are looking for:

Desirable technical skills:

Windows 10 & 11 Administration & Support
Active Directory Administration, new user setups (User Accounts, O365 Mailboxes)
Networking knowledge covering Local Area Networks, Switches & Lan's
Understand cabling needs for IT Systems

Personal skills:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organisational skills.
Teamwork and Cooperation
Adaptability and flexibility.

Entry requirements:

The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
