OTE of £30,000+ pa in the first year progressing to £40,000+ as a fully trained Estate Agent Sales Negotiator in your second year
On target earnings are based on good basic salaries plus a fantastic commission structure which has unlimited earnings potential. In addition an initial salary guarantee will be provided
Full training and funding for property professional NAEAPropertymark qualifications
Great professional property career potential with this company that believes in investing in their people to retain them and develop their skills
You must have a UK driving licence and will need your own car. A car allowance of £300/month is provided
Please note you will be required to work some Saturdays but with a day off in lieu hence a 5 day working week

As a Trainee Estate Agent Sales Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full sales process:

Registering client details and requirements
Updating clients and keeping in touch with them
Sourcing and marketing potential properties to sell
Showing clients around beautiful multi million pound properties in the Surbiton area
After full training you will become involved in negotiating offers to close property sales
Enjoy the satisfaction of happy clients alongside the significant financial rewards of this role

What we are looking for:

Someone who has great communication skills with a good telephone manner
You should be motivated and keen to provide an exceptional professional service to clients from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
Someone who is eager to learn and comply with property legislation
You must hold a UK driving licence
Accuracy, numeracy and good attention to detail
Local knowledge of Surbiton or the surrounding areas would be an advantage
