Are you an experienced Business Travel Manager / Operations Manager? Are you looking for your next exciting opportunity in Corporate Travel?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Travel Operations Coordinator to join an established Corporate Travel brand based in Central London.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Operations department
- Daily weekly reporting of all carried forward bookings.
- Daily monitoring of all ticket queues, Schedule changes for lowcost airlines & GDS
- Customer relations and responding to complaints within required time frames.
- Responsibility of all financial aspects of reservations, balance due, deposits receipts and invoicing.
- Travel is ever changing so you need to thrive on a fastpaced environment whilst changing priorities and deadlines when required.
- Liaising with airlines, hotels & suppliers on all aspects of reservations
- Amending, flights, hotels, and invoicing client reservations.
- Dispatching travel documents.
- General administrative duties.
- Delivering Excellent customer service to HNW clientele.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the travel industry,
- Tour Operator History
- Knowledge of at least 2 CRM's (Sabre preferred).
- Worked with Dolphin Reservations Module.
- Ability to work on own initiative, and a team player.
- A positive and cando attitude.
- Good comprehension of air fares, BA Fares 1&
- High level of Literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
Package:
- Salary banding 40k
- 45k based on experience
- Hybrid working conditions (mix of office and homeworking)
- 24 / 25 days plus 8 public holidays
