Description
We are seeking a highly capable full-time HR & Admin Assistant to join our team.

In a HR capacity, you would be solely responsible for the following:

  • Efficiently processing employee data and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Keeping company policies uptodate and ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information and leading the onboarding process with new starters
  • Developing training and onboarding material
  • Responding to employees' questions in the HR inbox
  • Attending HR meetings
  • Booking Training
  • Being the first point of contact between the company and the senior management.
  • Revising and suggesting changes in company policies.
  • Communicating with external partners.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of internal documentation.
  • Keeping abreast with the industry's latest news and trends.
- promoting effective communication within the organization.

Your exceptional organisational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations.

Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.

In an Admin Assistant capacity, you would be responsible for assisting the Operations Team with the following tasks:

  • Creation and follow-up quotes and invoices
  • Inputting of bills and receipts to the internal systems
  • Bank reconciliation
  • TPO Applications
  • Assisting in compiling information to report to the Directors
  • General office tasks such as printing and scanning
  • Updating internal spreadsheets

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Digitally literate with solid expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Thorough understanding of employment law.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
The role would be office-based at our office in Litchfield, Whitchurch.

The role is very varied - no two days will be the same


Salary:
£19,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
