Just Camps is a leading provider of School Holiday Activity Camps for children aged 4-12 years.We are committed to creating an engaging and active environment where children can learn, have fun, and develop new skills through a variety of sports, themed games, and structured enrichment activities.
As a Group Coach at Just Camps, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, structured sports sessions and activities to children during school holidays.
Responsibilities:

Sports Coaching: Delivering engaging and age-appropriate sports coaching sessions to children, fostering skill development and a love for physical activity.

Themed Games: Organising and leading themed games and activities to keep children entertained and active throughout the day.

Structured Activities: Planning and implementing structured enrichment activities that align with the camp's objectives, ensuring a well-rounded experience for every child.

Qualifications: Holding a recognised sports coaching qualification is essential. Preferred qualifications include first aid and safeguarding certificates.

Experience: Previous experience in coaching, particularly with children aged 4-12 years, is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic camp environment.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute diverse sports and activities.

Key Requirements:
- Level 1/2 or equivalent coaching.
- Experience working with children.
- Current DBS certification.
- Paediatric First Aid certification (preferable).
- Level 2 Safeguarding
- Passion for health, fitness, and child development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
