Berry Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an General Office Manager for a fast paced advisory company in the Peterborough areaYou will be working along side managers and advisors from various companies and advisory bodies. Because of the nature of the role no two days will be alike.
The varied role will include tasks such as but not limited to:
- Raising invoices, chasing invoices using the electronic system
- Working alongside industry suppliers, packers, embassies, importers, Government bodies and trade associations
- Working with Regulatory Authorities, Health & Safety, HMRC and providing technical advice to members
- Completing data analysis that is then uploaded to the company website and shared on social media platforms
- Completing daily tasks that are given
- Arranging meetings and follow ups
- Reconciliation
Rate of pay is £13.00 per hour
Knowledge of Microsoft and computer literate skills are essential for this role
Use of Pivot tables within spreadsheets would be beneficial however this can be trained to suit the clients needs as long as you have a strong demonstrable knowledge of spreadsheets
Both written and oral communication skills is a necessity as on a day to day basis you will be communicating with various official bodies, good grammatical skills are essential
Organisation skills is key as you be helping with the preparation for events
