Tamed Support Solutions is a small business based on the outskirts of Chippenham. We provide market leading outsourced administration support to mortgage and protection brokers across the UK.

Established in 2019 and despite COVID, having grown to support over 100 different practices with a wide range of services.


Due to our continued growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to support the volumes of practices who want to work with us.


Job description

The role will involve:

  • Providing mortgage and protection advisers with administrative support
  • Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
  • Acting as the point of contact for our clients throughout the mortgage and protection journey providing a friendly and efficient service
  • Requesting and uploading all necessary documentation to ensure business is processed smoothly
  • Preparation of client suitability reports
  • Responding to day to day queries from advisers, clients and providers
  • Recording and updating the back office systems accurately

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Experience of working in a busy Financial Services environment
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and react to changing workloads, deadlines and timescales.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise effectively

Role Progression

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
