About Our Client:

Our client is a large-scale player in the transport & distribution sector based in Warrington.

With a significant presence across the UK, they are known for their exceptional customer service and their commitment to innovation in providing solutions that meet the evolving needs of their customers.- Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Track customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Communicate effectively with team members to meet and exceed targets.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
Ensure customer service standards are high and continually improving.

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Telesales Advisor should have:
A strong background in customer service or sales.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What's on Offer:

A competitive salary range of £25,200 to £28,800 per annum.
Up to £5,000 in commission for achievable targets
