Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Parkinson's Disease Practitioner to join our friendly and innovative team as part of University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.


The post holder will work mainly at our Weston General Hospital site however, there will be cross site working involved.

The advert is open to applicants from a nursing and AHP background.


The post holder will provide advice and support to patients, their families, and members of the multi-disciplinary team; they will need to provide proactive care and management for a caseload of patients.


The post holder will have experience of managing a caseload of patients and confident with working autonomously whilst being part of an already established Movement Disorder Service.


You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to motivate, influence and inspire new ways of working.
