Travel Administration Assistant
Travel Administration Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:
- Deal with all travel and booking administration
- Assist with new product development on a seasonal basis by sourcing information, liaising with suppliers to obtain rates and packaging the product for sale on the website, with appropriate product descriptions and image selection.
- Update existing product range in accordance with market trends and customer demand
- Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase company awareness online and offline, and be involved with the promotion of the website, including content & social media management
Travel Administration Assistant - Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated with a willingness to multi task. This is a small business where flexibility and commitment are vital
- Self sufficient and reliable with confidence to work autonomously when required
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop in the role
Travel Administration Assistant - Additional Information:
- Basic salary according to experience but up to circa £25k plus discretionary bonus
- Monday to Friday some flexibility with working hours but core hours are 10 to 5
