Travel Administration Assistant

Travel Administration Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all travel and booking administration
  • Assist with new product development on a seasonal basis by sourcing information, liaising with suppliers to obtain rates and packaging the product for sale on the website, with appropriate product descriptions and image selection.
  • Update existing product range in accordance with market trends and customer demand
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase company awareness online and offline, and be involved with the promotion of the website, including content & social media management

Travel Administration Assistant - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated with a willingness to multi task. This is a small business where flexibility and commitment are vital
  • Self sufficient and reliable with confidence to work autonomously when required
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop in the role

Travel Administration Assistant - Additional Information:

  • Basic salary according to experience but up to circa £25k plus discretionary bonus
  • Monday to Friday some flexibility with working hours but core hours are 10 to 5
