We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Manufacturing Operative to join our small, friendly team in Sheffield.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in the production of surgical instruments and tuning forks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating manual machinery such as milling, lathe, grinding, glazing and polishing would be desirable
• Perform assembly, testing, and inspection
• Collaborate with other technicians and quality control teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Operate basic machinery such as laser marking.
• This will be a flexible role where the needs change constantly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production priorities.
