TPS provides bespoke motors, generators and power electronic systems rated from a few kW to a multi MW and operating from 10,000rpm to 180,000rpm.

  • The _Role:_
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will coordinate and administrate all bid management and commercial administration activities.

As part of a close team, you will be responsible for bid content writing and have proven financial skills with an eye for improving the profitability of commercial terms and ultimately the bottom line of the Company.


As a hub of the team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders within the business regarding the bid plan and deliverables, ensure "opportunity capture" and the status of opportunity life cycle in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Lively responses will be your output to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (P.Q.Q.'s), and Requests for Information (RFI).

You will be active in coordinating and participating in bid, "Go-No Go" meetings, as well as providing disciplined input to the construction and, maintenance of cost and price models in Microsoft excel.

You will interact with suppliers on quotes for components and services, maintain bid schedules and remind the internal teams regards key deadline and purchase orders.


You will present a bid pack to senior management and support the internal approval process in aligning output to the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dashboard.

Up to £35,000.00 per year
