Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 per annum DOE


Holidays:28 days holiday increasing with each year of service up to 33, plus 8 bank holidays

We understand the challenges of working within schools and academy trusts and have been supporting our clients to grow and develop.

We offer proactive operational and strategic HR advice to hundreds of schools and deliver a high-quality payroll and pensions service that pays the salaries of 25,000 school-based staff each month.

We are specialists in the education sector with a highly qualified team. We are passionate about education, payroll or HR.

We are currently looking to recruit a commercially minded strong Administrator, to join our fast-paced Payroll & Pension teams. No payroll experience is required as training will be offered to the successful person.

Main responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):

  • Working closely with the Pensions and Payroll teams to input customer data into the iTrent system and running reports.
  • Ensuring all queries are actioned and resolved.
  • Supporting clients with data reporting on a monthly basis and upon request.
  • Answering incoming calls and deal with appropriately.
  • Supports administration practices in accordance with changing business/team needs and legal requirements.
  • Managing client requests and liaising with them based on the dynamic changes for payroll.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment, where our internal and external clients are at the core of everything we do.
  • A strong administrator with intermediate to advanced IT skills specifically Excel.
  • Basic understanding of payroll desirable.
  • High attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Ability to work as part of a highly motivated team and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ready to challenge discrepancies where occurring.
  • Handson attitude and willingness to learn.
