Role Overview:

As the Head of People and Talent, you will play a pivotal role in driving our consultancy's success by leading the development and management of our human resources functions.

Your expertise in HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development will be essential as we continue to expand our services and serve our clients' needs.

By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, you will enable our team of consultants to thrive and deliver outstanding results for our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic human resources initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and growth strategy.
  • Oversee employee development and training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks.
  • Utilize HR analytics and datadriven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a management consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a datadriven and innovative approach to HR.
