Description
You will be provided with ongoing support along with development opportunities including professional qualifications. This is a pathway role into project management of renewable energy projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the creation, documentation, and implementation of procedures and procedural documentation.
  • Assist in the production of documents and systems to enable accreditation of Iso 14001, ISO45001, CHAS, Safe-Contractor, and others.
  • Assist in establishing a Document Control System and operation of the system.
  • Manage the Company and Project Filing Structures.
  • Implement and manage a programme for business and project mandatory processes including arranging meeting schedules and ensuring minutes of meetings are recorded and filed.
  • Assist with the production of quotations and management quotation and sales tracking systems/documents.

Requirements:


  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Previous experience working in an engineering or construction environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Iso 9001, Iso 14001, ISO45001, CHAS, Safe-Contractor, and other accreditation standards is an advantage.
  • Experience in document control and management.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
