Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join our clients, an independent Surveying practice in London, dealing with project and professional work on properties ranging from £250,000 - £20,000,000 within residential and commercialsectors.

Working hours:

As a Building Surveyor, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday, split between home and office work.

The successful Building Surveyor will be offered:

£50,000
£60,000
Yearly discretionary bonus

To be considered for the Building Surveyor role you must have:

Minimum 3 years of relevant and continuous experience required.
The successful individual must be qualified, with experience in dilapidations, party walls, defect diagnostics, design and build.

As a Building Surveyor, your role will involve the following:

Project and Professional work
A small percentage of Building Surveys
