Production Supervisor

Permanent Position

Competitive salary/rate on offer and excellent benefits

Days position

7:00am-5:45pm Monday-Thursday

Bradford

Take responsibility for your team in terms of supervision of staff
Ensure the smooth running of the production processes
Accountability for meeting quality, production and delivery targets
Ensure all products are manufactured and shipped in a timely manner
Attend daily production meetings with management and other departments
Control indirect ordering and spending
Management and control of overtime and reporting to senior management relevant information
Coach, train, retain and motivate staff within a team based and inclusive culture.
Conduct performance reviews twice a year and assist with training and evaluating employees on a regular basis
Provide regular feedback to your team and maintain a culture that develops professional twoway feedback on a regular basis

Production Supervisor

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

Strong experience managing/supervising teams, with a 'fair but firm' methodology
Experienced working within an engineering/manufacturing environment
Wellversed improving processes, procedures and people
