HFG is working with a world-renowned Global Insurance company that operate within a group underwriting over 100 speciality insurance products are looking to fill an Assistant Tax Manager role.

This insurance group has shown outstanding growth and profitabilityin recent years and due to this growth, progression is always encouraged for its employees and would therefore suit someone who wishes to fast track their career.

The tax team sits within the international finance team and supports decisions made by senior management. It is a high-profile role and will have face time with key-stakeholders.

The role looks after:

Assisting in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, including coordination with external advisers
Performing reconciliations and monitoring of intragroup transactions
Monitoring and identifying risks arising as a result of existing and new controlled transactions
Undertaking UK and European Corporation Tax Compliance (including General & Lloyd's insurers)
Controlling and reporting of monthly, quarterly / year end US, UK, Spanish and Lux GAAP tax ledgers
Monitoring and controlling of tax payment processing

Applicants considered will be individuals who are at a minimum newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CTA.

Due to this being a growing dynamic client, the company is looking for people with drive, a desire to learn and someone who will seek progression.
