At SPEAR, we dedicate ourselves to helping those in South West London who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless, find secure accommodation and work towards a positive future.
We are looking at one of the biggest cost of living crises in years.Withso many struggling, more and more of us will be unable to pay for gas, electricity, food or rent and may be in danger of becoming homeless.
We support those most in need with a range of accommodation and support services to ensure that no one feels they are going through this alone.
The role
SPEAR's Integrated Outreach Services are responsible for ensuring that all of the service models across the boroughs are delivered to contract requirements.
Working with commissioners and stakeholders, the Outreach Operations Manager will ensure that all rough sleeper outreach services are delivered to a high quality and meet the needs of people rough sleeping.
The Outreach Operations Manager will deliver these services in line with national and local policy objectives, working with best practice to deliver a holistic outreach based rough sleeper programme that meets the objectives of the organisation's business plan.
