Technical Administrator
On Call Group Security is the largest independent security company in the UK specialising in home security products and monitored alarms.
We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full time basis based from our office in Wolverhampton.
Duties Include:
To handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and provide technical support on their alarm system and other associated products.
To work within multiple systems and portals to manage customer systems and data and update as necessary.
Manage engineers stock levels and order more when necessary
To assist with the alarm systems remote server to manage servicing and adding new customer sites.
To work with other departments such as sales or admin to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Full training will be given but key requirements are:
Competent using Excel and word
Comfortable with using multiple systems from different suppliers
Able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
Good Communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of working in an office environment
(This is an office based role and we will not consider applicants who are looking for a home based position)
