About the role

Main Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and handling incoming and outgoing claims correspondence, ensuring system maintenance;
  • Providing updates and guidance as required to existing and potential customers;
  • General administration ensuring an accurate and timely workflow of clients' claims and correspondence;
  • Adherence to client confidentiality and GDPR regulation; following protocols and operating within our Regulator's rules and business guidelines.

  • Excellent attention to detail whilst remaining focused and engaged;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Demonstrable record of data entry;
  • Ability to learn systems quickly;
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and organise workload;
  • Working within appropriate timeframes whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy;
  • Experience working in a claims management company / financial services environment (desirable);
  • Experience in claims management processes or case handling such as a paralegal or complaints/compliance (desirable).

Package

  • Salary: £20,000 £24,000 per annum dependant on experience;
hours per week working 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday;
