Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers.
Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with staff and residents.
Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Proficient in electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting.
Welding experience is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team of maintenance personnel.
Solid mechanical knowledge to handle various equipment repairs.
