About the Role:
We are seeking a Content and Social Media Marketing Executive to join the Guild Lane brand team.
This role is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the brand's online presence across various social platforms and digital channels.
As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for fostering engagement, and driving growth within the upcycling, artisan, and DIY communities.
- Develop and manage Guild Lane's social media platforms, overseeing content creation, scheduling, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our customer base, product offerings, and brand ethos.
- Work closely with the brand director and design team to produce monthly digital assets aligned with brand marketing timelines, product releases and brand objectives.
- Create, edit, and manage photos, graphics and copy for digital content.
- Drive traffic and engagement with digital content ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and target audiences.
- Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and highquality delivery.
- Monitor and manage engagement across the brand's social media accounts.
- Set up and optimise paid social campaigns to amplify key content and brand messaging.
- Work with the data team to track campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies and suggest innovative ideas.
- Provide regular feedback on campaign performance using insights and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for art, design, and upcycling trends.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in brand marketing with a focus on social media.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to generating innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly organised with a handson attitude towards tasks.
- Proficiency in English with excellent editorial and writing skills
Pay:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
