Head of HR, People and Operations Management

North West region - Hybrid Work from home (minimum 1 day per week in the office)


We are currently working with a nationwide not for profit organisation to help them in their search for a HR Generalist, people manager who has the skills and knowledge to oversee essential office operations.

This will include elements of finance, reporting,IT systems and administration, ensuring that all functions and operating at the highest levels of efficiency and quality whilst supporting and developing employees and offering the best and most meaningful employee experience.


The organisation is built around the goals of helping and supporting others in the community and you should have a genuine passion for involvement in this important area of work with encompasses working alongside social and healthcare enterprises.


Whilst good general HR knowledge is required, you do not need to possess indepth skills in any one area as more important will be your experience, knowledge and passion to support and develop your emoloyees.

A fundamental part of this role will also involvesupporting the role of external members by providing your knowledge and experience to enable them to recognise and develop their own skills and the benefits of being members of a nationwide supporting organisation.


You should also be experienced in team management and developing a collaborative and inclusive coaching and wellbeing culture that will help the organisation through team growth and reaching ambitious and exciting objectives for 2023 and beyond.

You shouldbe a good group leader and ideally have designed and led people development and training projects in a not for profit / charity environment.
