Xyla Digital Therapies (Part of Acacium Group)

Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm (With an option for a 9 day working fortnight)

Fully Remote Working / Permanent

£33,800 Annual Salary

As our Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner you will provide case management and clinical skills across the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner network.

You will also hold a caseload offering Guided Self-Help within the framework of the stepped care IAPT model. Within the role will play a crucial part in providing emergency clinical supervision in the case of a crisis.

Every day you will

  • Provide regular case management supervision to the PWP network along with regular supervision and consultancy to the Clinical Network for assessments
  • Work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for systematic governance of the clinical service and team, and to lead on policy reviews and implement policy changes within the clinical team and network
  • Deliver clinical skills workshops and CPD sessions for the wider Clinical Network
  • Provide a timely response and advice with regards to handling risk, in line with Xyla Digital Therapies policies. Whilst recording any SUIs and incidents of concern and ensure implementation of any lessons learned.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

  • An IAPT recognised PWP qualification / recognised PWP Supervision qualification
  • Proven experience working with a wide variety of client groups in the healthcare setting
  • Having working in a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner or a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner role previously
  • Knowledge of the IAPT programme and the stepped care model to which you have put into practice
  • An ability to make decisions and judgements based on information, experience and clinical knowledge
