As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Data and Insights.

_Key responsibilities will include:
_

Developing and executing the company's data strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Overseeing a team of data analysts to extract, transform, and analyse data from various sources
Overseeing the design and maintenance of our data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Overseeing reporting for all products, services, and datadriven initiatives within the Group.
Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and best practices.
Working with other senior stakeholders to embed processes and controls to ensure data is protected and managed in line with relevant legislation.
Accountability for accuracy and consistency of data to position the business to undergo successful due diligence processes.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify key business questions and deliver actionable insights, developing a deep understanding of customer dynamics, segmentation, and purchasing trends.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Supporting the Director Group with wider strategic work, including longerterm data strategy
Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data management, analytics, and visualisation

- _Previous experience in operating at a senior level within a commercially focused data & analytics environment_
- _Previous people management experience leading a team_
- _Advanced proficiency in using various tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel._
- _Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills_
- _Critical thinker with problem-solving skills_
- _Track record of developing and implementing data strategies and communicating insights to stakeholders_
- _Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders_
