Carpenter Foreman/Supervisor required for residential new build site in Bournemouth.

This site has recently won awards for quality, and in order to keep a high end finish, an experienced Carpenter Foreman/Supervisor is required.

Initially there will be the need to work on the tools still, though as the site progresses, this will develop much more into solely supervisory.

You'll be required to oversee a team of carpenters, act as intermediary between the developer and the sub-contractor, and experience carrying out this role previously is essential.

Approximately 2 years work on this site, with a view to move onto other sites after this one.

SMSTS or SSSTS would be useful, though not essential.

Start date can be immediate.

£240.00 per day
