Description

have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.

We are looking for someone who can provide a full secretarial, administrative and office management service to the Chief Operating Officer, to facilitate and enable optimum performance against People's Partnership's key business plan targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Chief Operating Officer's diary management and the departments day to day administration including post, stationery ordering and routine correspondence.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the Chief Operating Officer and their Direct Reports.
  • Facilitate and orchestrate external visits e.g. Regulators, Suppliers, Board Directors and Clients.
  • Control and manage the Chief Operating Officer's expenses, including managing the department's staff entertainment budget, as well as providing regular updates and graphics on the areas budget performance.
  • Control, manage and assist in the completion of the Chief Operating Officer's actions, ensuring key deadlines are met.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • PA experience to C-Suite level
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise across the various departments and liaise with senior stakeholders

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Formal PA Qualification
  • Understanding of the budget process in order to provide updates and commentary.
  • Articulate, persuasive and able to present ideas intelligently with logic and rationale.
