Responsibilities:

- creating invoices and sending to Clients approval systems

  • Have good knolage with accounting software and windows excel
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure that all customer information is up to date.
  • Provide customer service to clients and answer any questions they may have.
  • Process payments and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all account information is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain a database of customer accounts.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

rate of pay will be discussed at interview and based on experience.
