Cyber Recovery Leader:


EMEA / UK (REMOTE)

What you will do:


This Leader will be center point of developing, demonstrating, and actioning Aon's cyber recovery post-loss event management claims proposition and cyber incident response & for the EMEA & UK network of clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating Aon's commercial risk & cyber solutions plans in this specific growth area for the business.


You will deliver the following services:

  • Complex project engagement leader for Aon clients during insurance response activity, project managing the loss work with client, adjuster, carrier as necessary to assess, prepare, and certify complex cyber insurance claims
  • Create & lead regional teams to respond to cyber claims prep (CPAV) engagements with tailored resource needs (claims adjustment lead, forensic accountants, etc)
  • Drive Aon's

Cyber Loop:
Recover proposition to increase client conversation and revenue opportunities around "IR + Claims" capabilities

  • Develop strategy for region to bring symmetry to effective incident response capabilities in all countries leading good client outcomes, and expanded revenue generation
  • Drive bestinclass practice Aon can provide to cyber incident consistently, enabling IR consulting + claims consulting services preevent
  • Expand preloss client consulting offerings such as cyber claims protocols & workshops
  • Strengthen links with broking & claims for improved notification processes, claims data analytics, case studies, industry trends, client workshops, wordings optimisation
  • Ensure confidence is driven throughout the internal & external network to the strategy
  • Actively liaise with regional claims advocates on complex matters
  • Manage the operational, financial, and relational growth of the service line
  • Be a contributory member to the Cyber Solutions EMEA leadership team.
This role would lead cyber claims consulting and interlink with Cyber Solutions teams in Insurance and Security. It will also liaise with Broking & Claims teams actively ensuring best processes and thought leadership within the industry. You will also provide project oversight and leadership of client strategy around improving their cyber risk profile. You will also assist with training and coaching staff ensuring quality control reviews of any cyber related reports.

You will also be a key facilitator of insights into the cyber broking departments, and on occasion, liaise with carriers in the cyber line as necessary.

The role requires 15-30% regional travel and may require occasional global travel for assignments.

You are able and willing to travel regionally, nationally and globally and have a valid passport and valid driver's license.


You have the following credentials:


  • Full proficiency in reading, writing and oral in English. Proficiency in additional language(s) is an asset;
  • Postsecondary education;
  • Experience within project management with cyber proficiency;
  • Experience training and mentoring is an asset;
  • A combination of education, experience and designations(s) will be considered.
