Duties will include

Preparing a lunch for a Housing with Care Scheme
The job will entail reheat and serving meals that are pre prepared and portioned
Cooking brunch on as a weekly special when required
Frying freshly battered fish and chips as a special
Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and tidy
Ensure Food Hygiene/Environmental Health paperwork and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
To maintain confidentiality and observe Data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate
Have the ability to organise, record and serve meals
Have a friendly and approachable manner with a positive work ethic
Understand the needs of the tenants
High level of communication
Prompt time keeping
Accurately record daily meals that tenants receive
Able to work on own initiative
Be presentable and clean at all time
Clear down servery area and wash up after service and ensure restaurant is left in a presentable manner
Taking orders and payments for meals
Experience is essential

Our locations are - Holt, Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Norwich, Wymondham, Thetford, Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Diss.

You could be required to work at any of these sites so please ensure you are happy with travelling to all locations before applying.

Pay:
From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
