We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and friendly individual to join our team as an Activities Supervisor at Tapnell Farm Aqua Park


For this role, it is essential that you are:

• A confident and experienced First Aider;
• Passionate about our activities;
• Are RLSS Open Water Lifeguard qualified OR you meet the prerequisites of the course and are willing to undertake it.
• A positive person who is a natural leader and well organised.
• Someone who responds well under pressure and in a busy environment.
• Work as part of a team.
• Have a full UK driving license and your own vehicle.

It is advantageous if you are also:

• A confident and experienced team leader.
• Experienced in instructing activities such as Archery.
• Able to complete administrative tasks without difficulty.
• Passionate about working with young people, especially school groups.

Experienced working with or leading school residentials.

The Activities Team at Tapnell Farm cover the Islands only Aqua Park and Football Golf course as well as Archery and Axe Throwing.

As an Activities Supervisor, you will be a core member of the team and depending on the time of year you might spend your day as the Duty Manager - ensuring all activities run smoothly and on time, completing maintenance tasks across activities, running target sports sessions or being an Aqua Guide - you'll never be bored

This role is 37.5 hours a week 5 days including weekends and school holidays. Due to the nature of the business we do not offer annual leave during school holidays.

All weekend and holiday hours are shared out accross the core team - we are as fair and flexible as possible.

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year

• Yarmouth, Isle of Wight: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
