Salary= £19,800 + a £4,800 a year bonus
**Full Time hours
- Temp to Perm role after 12 weeks**
(No Weekends)
Our client is now looking to expand their team even further with a
Customer Service Advisor who can provide an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound communication in a professional and friendly manner
- Understanding the customer's needs, providing an appropriate solution
- Showing empathy of any issues
- Ensure internal database is up to date, confirming all personal details with each customer account
- Effectively manage and complete daily adhoc admin tasks
Skills Required:
- Experience within customer service
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
- Strong listening and organisational skills
- Proficient use of MS Office packages
- Ability to work well under pressure
