Sales Assistant:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our driven team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers, helping them to find the products and services that best meet their needs.

Duties:

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product information
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to promote different services
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to upsell and crosssell products to maximise sales opportunities
• Organisational skills
