Maintenance Coordinator - UP TO 30k DOE

Job description

Daily tasks to include:

  • Arrange for engineers to attend breakdowns, find fault and repair.
  • Manage Weekly maintenance visits to site.
  • Reporting and record keeping of all breakdown or site attendances by maintenance engineers via CRM systems
  • Review and publish completed job reports
  • Sourcing ordering materials for jobs/contractors
  • Build and maintain relationship with clients i.e. property managers, block managers and tenants
  • Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decisionmaking skills

  • Good organisational skills
  • To be forward thinking and take initiative
  • Friendly and professional character
  • Willingness to want to learn and grow together
  • Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
It would be desirable but not essential if you have:

  • Experience in lettings or property management
  • Experience with working with Apple Mac's
