A leading financial organisation are looking to hire a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst, who will be responsible for providing 1 st and 2 nd line support for all IT related issues.


Key Skills:

  • 25 years of 1 st and 2 nd line Desktop support experience


  • Knowledge of O36

  • Knowledge of Azure technology stack
  • ServiceNow ticket management system experience
  • Experience configuring mobile devices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
