A leading financial organisation are looking to hire a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst, who will be responsible for providing 1 st and 2 nd line support for all IT related issues.
Key Skills:
- 25 years of 1 st and 2 nd line Desktop support experience
- Knowledge of O36
- Knowledge of Azure technology stack
- ServiceNow ticket management system experience
- Experience configuring mobile devices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
