Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls' High School, Batley Grammar School, Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Manorfield Infant and Nursery School and Upper Batley High School.

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual, with the enthusiasm and drive to help deliver strong and effective governance practices.

The Governance Professional will be an integral part of the team, under the direction of the Director of Compliance and Governance, able to work independently and support and contribute to the wider team.

This role requires someone who is able to work flexibly and commit to out of school hours to attend Local Governing Board meetings.

The role offers flexibility in terms of physical location, the individual would have the flexibility to work from home or at one of the schools within the Trust.
