We work with children, irrespective of their disability or impairment, from birth through to 25 years.

Each year we support over 15,000 disabled children, offer over 120 different services and work with about 80 Local Authorities across England.

About The Role:

Location - 3 days Homebased, 2 days a week at 249 Birmingham Road,
Wylde
Green, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1EA**
Salary - £15,000 - £19,574 dependent on experience

Home based role 3 days a week with the remaining 2 days based in our Wylde Green office.

You will be part of our dynamic HR and Recruitment and Training team and you will thrive in a fast paced fun environment where everyone makes a difference.

To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator with outstanding attention to detail. Your duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, therefore excellent professional skills are vital. Ultimately, a top-notch People Team Assistant is able multi-task and provide administrative support to the team and their manager.

  • General administrative duties
  • Building strong, productive relationships with a consultative approach
  • Ability to build trust, influence others and work in an honest fashion
  • Independently manage tasks from start to finish with support from your line Manager
  • Contacting applicants and resourcing new applicants through advertising, networking and headhunting
  • Work closely with Line Mangers to understand business needs
  • Assist with collection of right to work documents from applicants
  • Be able to write advertisements quickly and accurately and publish them on job boards
  • Helping to implement internal and external communications strategies and projects
  • Providing administrative support to internal teams
  • Drafting and posting social media and web content according to the company's social media strategy
  • Tracking projects and media exposure
