About Our Client:

Our client is a Global Supply Chain management business. This role is based in Swinton in Manchester.

The main responsibilities of the Procurement Administrator are:

  • To support the Procurement department
  • Complete all product set ups and price changes in Connect II within agreed timescales
  • Gather product specifications & images to support Business Support
  • Put forward suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce administration
  • Co-Ordinate invoice queries & provide category managers & buyers with supporting documentation
  • Maintain supplier contracts database
  • Manage sample requests for Category Managers & Buyers, Customers, tenders & Suppliers

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Procurement Administrator will posses:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Connect II experience would be beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
