About Our Client:
Our client is a Global Supply Chain management business. This role is based in Swinton in Manchester.
The main responsibilities of the Procurement Administrator are:
- To support the Procurement department
- Complete all product set ups and price changes in Connect II within agreed timescales
- Gather product specifications & images to support Business Support
- Put forward suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce administration
- Co-Ordinate invoice queries & provide category managers & buyers with supporting documentation
- Maintain supplier contracts database
- Manage sample requests for Category Managers & Buyers, Customers, tenders & Suppliers
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Procurement Administrator will posses:
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Literate
- Connect II experience would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work towards deadlines
