Job Purpose


The role of Telematics Graduate Marketing is really important to us; as part of our ambition to expand our pool of Marketing talent across our business, around the world.

You will be responsible for supporting the Telematics Marketing team and wider company to raise the profile and performance of Radius Telematics through various marketing initiatives and projects.


The Graduate Management Programme Malaysia will be a 12-month placement based at our HQ in Crewe, followed by another 24-month placement at our Kuala Lumpur office, where we will fast-track and develop you into a Team Leader role within those two years.

There may also be potential for this to grow into a regional role as the business expands. You will also be involved in a range of projects throughout the programme.


We will also provide structured opportunities for you to spend time in other functions of our business to enrich your experience with us, such as Sales, Customer Service and Finance.

This programme will also include continuous opportunities for training, a dedicated mentor and quarterly presentations with senior stakeholders.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Assist the Head of Marketing in the creation and implementation of all marketing activity across the international telematics businesses.
  • Own specific marketing projects that accelerate our marketing and sales capability. Examples include developing promotional and communication activities which engage our customers.
  • Be the driver and catalyst to help our team and wider business gain market insight and knowledge of select Telematics sectors and geographies
  • Become the internal owner of telematics market research and competitor analysis; a critical part of our decisionmaking process.

What do we expect of you?

  • Minimum CPGA of 3.3 in an undergraduate at Asia Pacific University.
  • The ability to relocate to the UK for their first year of the 3year placement.
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Selfstarter and inquisitive nature.
  • Competent user of all MS Office packages.
  • Design experience (Adobe, Canva) would be desirable.
  • WordPress and Salesforce experience would be desirable.
