The role:

Joining our lively and committed team based in Liverpool, the role involves:

Key responsibilities:

Manage and continually develop B2C website and sales portal
Develop marketing strategies to drive B2C sales, to meet agreed sales targets
Identify and manage thirdparty lead generation partner companies
Plan and manage full digital marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyse data related to marketing performance
Produce reports on marketing activity and results
Manage, develop and promote the brand, to build brand awareness
Develop and implement multichannel campaigns, focused on digital first but also with traditional methods
Assist with all areas of marketing, within the business as required
All round marketing experience with a digitalfirst approach
Previous experience at a high level, in B2C marketing
Experience in lead generation and marketing funnels
Experience in paid social media, creating ads, creating copy and managing budgets
Stakeholder management experience and ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
Proactive approach to tasks, with a 'can do' attitude
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
Selfmotivation with strong organisational and time management skills
Good IT skills including production, presentation and analysis of MI
Ability to work under pressure and a desire to succeed
Team player with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
