Bradford Museums & Galleries is seeking a Project Officer to coordinate our Arts Council England National Portfolio programme.

Recently awarded Arts Council England National Portfolio status we aim to meet the experiential needs of our surrounding communities and help drive forward the museum service's development and leading role for the 2025 City of Culture.

NPO funding acknowledges the potential for our world-class collections and our three year development process will offer co-creation and engagement opportunities delivered in partnership and tailored to the needs of Bradford communities based on Bradford District's diverse heritage and culture.

The Museums Project Officer will join the Management Team working in partnership to ensure that everyone in Bradford district has access to ambitious, world class art, heritage and cultural experiences.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the efficient administration development and delivery of the NPO Activity and Investment Principles Plan and related partnership liaison and evaluation critical to its delivery.

You will work with the Board and Museums & Galleries team to build relationships with key stakeholders, including identified community groups, statutory, education and voluntary sector partners and facilitate partnership opportunities with them.

Our NPO journey will work towards delivery against specific elements from the Creative People and Cultural Communities outcomes in Arts Council England's Let's Create strategy through a number of work streams including guest creative leaders, community co-production and Family Learning programmes.
