We are a dynamic and fast-growing Sales company looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees.

As a Management Trainee, you will be given the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, with the goal of developing you into a future leader within our organization.


Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning all aspects of our business operations through hands-on experience and training
  • Assisting with various projects and initiatives across different departments
  • Working closely with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Developing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Participating in various training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Relevant internship or work experience is a plus

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,704.00 per year
