As the CRM Automation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of automated customer journeys from concept through to execution.

You will work with relevant functional teams across the Primark business and will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the Primark business.

What You'll Do:

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day

Work with the CRM Operations Specialist and Customer Engagement Specialist to develop and enhance automated journeys, which drive the Customer Lifecycle Roadmap and support our ambition to deliver personalised communications to the right customer at the right time
Provide regular reports; monitoring health and performance such as customer welcome journeys or transactional journeys linked to click and collect
Support the CRM Operations Specialist in the Administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintaining documentation, setting up new users and providing training
Support the CRM Campaigns team with BAU campaigns in Journey Builder, which may require more complex setup and/or personalisation
Be a point of contact with the Digital Tech & Product teams, to support the delivery of new CRM initiatives that require technical development
Work with technology, product and agency partners on accelerations, troubleshooting and the rollout of new functionalities.

What You'll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:

2+ years' work experience, including relevant CRM/ Marketing Automation platform experience in consumer-facing environments
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud more specifically Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Comfortable working with data, and manipulating it to deliver our CRM Journeys
Detailorientated/attention to detail; able to take responsibility for quality CRM automation
Highly computer literate with the ability to write SQL/SOQL to support journeybuilding requirements. HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made). Understanding of AMP Script to support personalisation in Salesforce.
Understanding of GDPR and Data Protection rules
Experience with Google Looker reporting is advantageous, but not essential
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment; able to deliver solutions in the face of unforeseen obstacles and challenging business requirements
An infectious obsession with customer experience and a desire to constantly improve our offer
