Pronto Accident Repair Centres are recruiting Vehicle Paint Sprayers those who are experienced ideally holding an NVQ3 or Senior ATA Qualification though this is not essential,as full training coaching and fully funded qualifications are offered to talented team members with the right attitude.

Any relevant qualifications will have been achieved in the last 30 months for them to be valid or recognised.

We are also very interested in meeting talking with those of you who hold some of the more prestigious Manufacturer Qualifications in Paint Spraying achieved through Mercedes, BMW, VW Audi, Tesla, Jaguar Land Rover or similar in the last 5-10 years

You will be using the industries leading paint brand Axalta and with the full support of our own company training coach you will be fully conversant with every aspect of the produce

We operate with a transparent grade system for hourly rates which is as set out below.**-
Fully skilled though without any formal qualifications these team members receive a basic hourly rate of £16.02 per hour for this you will be a professional with minimum of 6 years experience

NVQ 3 Qualified £18.04 with a minimum of 2 years work place experience post qualification is preferable

Senior ATA Qualified £19.15 with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience

Senior ATA with some relevant prestigious Qualifications £20.23 per hour with at least 5 years experience and two years since achieving the relevant qualification.**
As part of our continued growth and development strategy, at Pronto Peterborough we are also Paint sprayers who can do a bit of Panel Beating.

We are also interested in those of you who also have M.E.T Strip and refit experience and or qualifications.

You may also want to spread the word as we are also looking for outright M.E.T Technicians and Panel Beaters and Paint Sprayers

All Relevant Qualifications will have been achieved in the last 30 months.

Our business is especially suited to those of you who have a wide and varied skill set, we are looking for you to be confident and competent in what ever aspect of accident you are a professional in.

Across our business the Basic Salary Grades have been increased from Thursday 5th January between a minimum of 22.5% to a maximum of 33%

_Grade 4 _

Fully Skilled with no qualification, minimum of 5 years work related experience, earns £16.02 per hour working a 43 hour working week turns a flat basic salary of £35,820.72 on a pattern_

_Grade 3_

Fully Skilled holding an NVQ 3 qualification achieved in last 30 months, with a minimum 5 years work related experience earns you £18.04 per hour flat basic, working on a pattern, working average of 43 hours per week which is 2236 hrs per year x this by £18.04 = a flat basic of £40,337.44 _

_Grade 2 _

Fully Skilled holding a Senior ATA qualification achieved in last 30 months, with a minimum 5 years work related experience earns you £19.15 per hour flat basic rate, you will be working a pattern working average of 43 hours per week which is 2236 hrs per year x this by £18.04 = a flat basic of £42,819.40_

_Grade 1_

Fully Skilled Senior ATA Qualified achieved within the last 30 months with some certain Prestige Manufacturer Qualifications, Jaguar, BMW, Land Rover, Audi VW, Tesla as an example this will be suppoted by a minimum of 5 years work related experience your flat basic rate will be £20.23 per hour, working a 43 hour week equates to 2236 hrs per year delivers a flat basic salary of £45, qualifications have to be relevant to the site which you are employed._
In addition to this lucrative basic salary package there are three potential bonus packages to earn from._

_Weekly Bonus Paid in to your bank weekly_

Firstly we operate a very successful weekly performance sales target bonus (not an hours save time saved scheme), _
Our week starts on a Thursday and finishes on a Wednesday, providing the sales per hour target is achieved before 6am Thursday then £67.50 is paid into your bank on that morning._

_The Monthly Banked Bonus _

The banked bonus for each week of the period 4 or 5 weeks for every week the target is hit you bank between £45.00 and £80 per week providing you hit the overall period target between £180 and £330 are paid in your monthly salary_

_The Quarterly Bonus over a 13 week Period_

Over achieve the quarterly performance target and for the next 13 weeks your basic hourly rate can increase by 9% 18% or 27% based on overachieving the basic performance target _
There is an on target earning potential for a Senior ATA Technician of in excess of £52,000 per annum, this providing you and your colleagues work as a team, focus on the performance and quality, you will be winners._
