About The Role:

Planning and managing large, complex production projects, workflow and budgets for leading divisions and clients. Working at a senior level to support the Production Leads in mentoring the wider production team.

Taking lead on projects ensuring final assets are delivered to the highest standard, on budget, on time and within the brand marketing plans.


  • Understand THG Studios systems and workflow processes, supporting brand / external clients alongside the Production Lead on the production process.
  • Accurate and objective interpretation of briefs received.
  • Advise and lead accounts on the possible production solutions on quotes, accurate briefs and timing plans.
  • Work with the studio team to understand the set build, merch, photography, video, styling time and related hard costs to projects at quoting stage.
  • Ensuring that the development of divisional projects are delivered on time, are kept on budget and meet the highquality standards required.
  • Performing and optimising good project management techniques to ensure the above.
  • Performing risk analysis on all projects with a view to mitigating any issues.
  • Inform the relevant Management teams of upcoming projects, associated requirements/resource and regular status updates.
  • Work with the planning team on forward planning and marketing plans working alongside the Project Management Team.
  • Working with key surrounding departments to ensure projects run through the production process smoothly throughout preproduction, production, post and delivery.
  • Responsibility for working towards efficient delivery on all projects within division/ client. Know how much time and expense has been sold and ensure we deliver great work with the minimum amount of time and expense.
  • Maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with the Client Services Team and Clients on all levels.
  • Report progress on your projects on a regular basis to ensure they are kept on track to your Production Lead.
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial awareness in both job and business relations.
  • Developing close and productive working relationships with all the production crew, showing leadership and support to Production Leads when needed and expected
  • Support Production Leads in the development of Producers and Production Assistants within the production team.
  • Review workflow at regular intervals with your Production Lead.
  • Ensure knowledge is shared amongst production team at team meetings and support Production Leads when needed.
  • Understand latest industry developments.
  • Keeping an accurate account of your time using Paprika timesheet function.
