We're looking for a proactive, safety‑minded and organised Warehouse & Logistics Operative to support our busy warehousing and transport functions. If you thrive in a hands‑on role, enjoy variety, and take pride in getting things right first time, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Safely transporting goods between sites as a Class 1 HGV driver
Working closely with Logistics and Production to ensure fast trailer turnarounds
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring all equipment remains in legal, safe condition
Loading and unloading vehicles and dispatching components to Production with accuracy and care
Maintaining stock integrity through correct rotation, handling, sampling and cycle counting
Managing goods-in documentation and resolving discrepancies
Using SAP to confirm, pick and manage Transfer Orders
Keeping warehouse records up to date and supporting stock consolidation
Using MHE (once trained) including Counterbalance, VNA and pallet trucks
Deputising for senior operatives when required
Contributing to team and personal KPIs

Skills & Attributes

A clear and confident communicator
Organised, methodical, and able to follow SOPs
Computer literate and comfortable working with warehouse systems
A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude

Education & Experience

Essential:

Valid and clean Class 1 HGV licence
Up‑to‑date CPC card
Numerate, literate, and comfortable using English
Previous warehouse experience

Desirable (but training available):

ADR certificate
MHE licences (Counterbalance, VNA)
