Our client is leading the way in delivering mandatory and specialist training to the UK health and care sector.

With clients including NHS Trusts, care homes and independent hospitals, we have high ambitions to continue to deliver the highest quality training that enhances the lives and safety of patients and service users.

As part of our rapid growth plans, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven Sales Director who will:

  • Generate new revenue from existing markets
  • Develop existing and new relationships
  • Support the Operations Director with the rollout of new projects
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and proposals for the CEO
  • Selfmotivated and driven, with high ambition for the growth of the Company
  • Experienced in the healthcare industry
  • Possessing a natural flair for developing new and existing professional relationships
  • Willing to travel to make visits between new and existing clients across any location in the UK
  • Accountable for achieving targets
  • Able to understand, explain and clearly present the features and benefits of technical products or services.
  • Willing to engage directly with customers face to face, by telephone and via social media platforms.
- engaged in this sales and business development role while understanding measurement of success based on results and new business acquisitions.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
