A leading provider of Social Housing around the UK is looking for a Housing Officer to join their team. This is a rewarding role in an organisation where your efforts will be recognised and valued.

The company work closely withlocal authorities, housing associations, charitable organisations and investors to provide safe, suitable and secure accommodation to those who really need it.


As Housing Officer you will:

  • Be the face of the company for tenants.
  • Provide consistent support to tenants from initial checkin to their checkout once they move on.
  • Carry out regular inspections up to 10 tenant visits per day.
  • Work with colleagues to deal with maintenance issues, and with local authorities and supporting agencies such as social services and benefit providers to support the tenants.
We are keen to speak to people about this Housing Officer opportunity who have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • A passion to make a difference to tenants.
  • Full UK driving licence as you will be required to visit tenants throughout the Greater London area.
