White Horse Employment are delighted to be supporting a very well established, international, health focused client.

They are looking for a Complaints Officer to support their Customer Services & Product Specialist teams due to an increased demand in business on a temp to perm basis.


This is a really exciting opportunity to work within a global company who are committed to making a positive impact in the world.

Within this role you will directly be working with and supporting the Customer Service and Product Specialist teams, some duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Logging queries & feedback
  • Liaising with Customer Service teams to resolve issues
  • Providing advice to product users and clients
This role is key in their continual improvement process and will aid product and service development.

They have an outstanding reputation through the service they provide and are looking for people who share that commitment to exceptional Customer Service.


Job Types:

£10.00 per hour
